Tony,
if he calls you again, ask some irrelevant questions then tell him to put
the PC back in the box and take it back to the shop. If he asks why, tell
him he is too stupid to own a PC :o)
This is (apparently) the conversation recorded by some PC comapny's help
line when a customer phoned up (during a power cut) to complain that his PC
had stopped working. It could, of course, be one of those 'urban leg ends'
that go around.
