Hi,
I've used QLandkarte with Argentinian maps (I think the same ones) and I
found that after I had found Argentina and zoomed in somewhere, that
when I exited and went back in I would be located at the correct place.
I assumed that this problem finding Argentina was just because my
previous position was somewhere in New Zealand, but I do recall
difficulties finding Argentina at resolutions where it should have been
findable by going east far enough...
