I think it works well, yes. Everyone in the "meeting" can see the screen (or app window) of the person running the meeting. The screen view can be passed around to everyone in the meeting. A conference call runs in parallel by phone and someone can record that separately. I'm not sure if there's a way to record the video and audio together. There are a number of different facilities for this, gotomeeting.com is just the one with which I'm most familiar. > Also, do we want to have calls for separate sections of the > project.
