Hi Jim,
I'm not sure that because the people here aren't in relationships with other people like ourselves means we here wouldn't every WANT to be a relationship with other people like ourselves. There are AB people that don't have a problem being in relationships with us even with our disabilities. Personally, I don't know a female that lives anywhere close to me, so just because I'm in a relationship with an AB girl seems logical to me. I think my GF would say she sees me as a person that she is attracted to, not a person in a chair that she is attracted to. IMHO!
With Love,

You're the first one to catch onto my observation Billy. I thought that I may have stirred the pot with my observation. All of us are talking about relationships with able-bodied people. If we don't want to be with people like us, why would we expect able-bodied people to want us?
Of course there would be difficulties and some hardships but at least we would understand what the other person is going through. We would obviously need help by caregivers but having somebody around that not only gives but can receive affection can go along way.
