I don't know how this got started? Everyone has depression non_disabled and disabled people. For me I had 2 broken necks. One was do to a drunken track driver. As soon as I come home from rehab. I was waking in a walker. When I confronted my husband about has sleeping around in our back yard and he pick me up and through against our house and dragged my into the living room. He tried to kill me. I broke my neck and back that time. There was no waking but a wheelchair. I had to come home in fear of my life. I left him without any money of my own until I got on SSI. He got away with all most killing me there were no witness of what he did to me and I was afraid to tell anyone. I'm still going to concealing after13 years. I'm going to college and have a degree. I'm know as the Wheelchair Warrior. With help my life is now bearable. I had to make a life for myself.
