I have the C350 and while I think it's a pretty decent chair, I would recommend going with the front wheel drive if you're used to a mid-wheel drive.
You have to be cognizant of the weight, mine weighs in excess of 500 pounds with me in it, I weigh 181 pounds. You also need to be aware of that some of the front wheel chairs in the Permobile name brand can be rather tall.
