Jeff, New Model....so far, no actuator problems. I'm waiting for a software module replacement to Give me 3 position memory functions. (move joystick to M1 will automatically move all actuators To recline/height settings. For EX. Legs up, seatback back and seat tilt to desired Positions for weight shift with one push on the joystick). Had it on RS It's really a time saver.
U have an RS seat? Did you know they discontinued making the RS? Europe wasn't buying and US insurers Would not pay for it. Careful...parts may be hard to come by down the road for RS specific things. Good Luck Don't let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do. I noticed you used to have a C500 RS (which is what I have now), and now have a C500 ESP. Is that a new model, or is it a C500 Corpus with an ESP module on it? I had to have the tilt position sensor replaced, as well as the recline actuator. Both were defective, but that problem seems to be fixed. I don't have much experience in the chair yet, as we are still changing it to accomodate my needs.
