I'm still having actuator problems. They think I am tilted farther back than I am, so put me into "turtle mode".
I do have the RS seat. I have to look up the memory functions. Haven't gotten that done yet, but it'll be really handy. I looked up availability after your message. The RS model was featured in all their sites. The order forms no longer did. Now, the RS seat is no longer featured. There is an Owner's Manual for the seat. Unfortunately, they never saw fit to produce a Maintenance Manual for it. They usually even have those for the rest of the discontinued models. I imagine parts are going to be very hard to find, as few were ever sold. I really think it has a lot of impovements over the Corpus Seat. Hate to see the design go down the tubes. Occasionally spares become available on eBay, but I don't have the money to transport one, much less purchase one. Billy Lang wrote on 10/06/10 16:25:
Jeff, New Model....so far, no actuator problems. I'm waiting for a software module replacement to Give me 3 position memory functions. (move joystick to M1 will automatically move all actuators To recline/height settings. For EX. Legs up, seatback back and seat tilt to desired Positions for weight shift with one push on the joystick). Had it on RS It's really a time saver. U have an RS seat? Did you know they discontinued making the RS? Europe wasn't buying and US insurers Would not pay for it. Careful...parts may be hard to come by down the road for RS specific things. Good Luck Don't let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do. Billy
