Oh, ok. I noticed you used to have a C500 RS (which is what I have now),
and now have a C500 ESP. Is that a new model, or is it a C500 Corpus
with an ESP module on it? I had to have the tilt position sensor
replaced, as well as the recline actuator. Both were defective, but that
problem seems to be fixed. I don't have much experience in the chair
yet, as we are still changing it to accomodate my needs.

Jeff,

I have the controller attached to my right arm rest. The chair's functions
are activated either through the joystick or by toggle switches immediately
behind it. The Joystick and actuator are on a piece that bends in two
places. Moving the controller and joystick back parallels outside the right
arm of the chair. It's also useful when approaching any table, allowing the
chair and me to come to the table edge, assuming my legs can get under the
table.

It helps to remember to push the controller back before fully reclining.
Otherwise, I can't reach it.
Don't let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do!

Can you tell me more about this feature? Sounds good.

If I am reclined, the controller has an option that bends it parallel to the armrest. This allows me to reach the controls even in a reclined position.
