When I was first injured I bought a punching bag. Just one of those inflatable ones. I would punch it or knock it around with my chair when frustrated. Other ways I've found to deal with anger/frustration: 1. music therapy. Crank the tunes! Use headphones if you need to. Find music for each mood and keep them on a CD or iPod. 2. exercise. Dance in place, or exercise, in your chair until you wear yourself [and your anger] out. It really works! 3. call a friend or write to the quadlist!
