I felt like that TODAY as a matter of fact. Spent two hours this morning 
showering, putting on my nice work clothes and five minutes after getting to 
work I had a bad bowel accident. Spent the next 4 hours coming home and 
cleaning up. Those are the times I feel the lowest and most frustrated.
