I know it is so embarrassing to have an accident anywhere, even if you
don't know the people you are around. I have had in department stores and I
have had to ask the salespeople to send for someone to clean up. I know it is
especially embarrassing when you are in classes. It's especially
frustrating when you have to wait for someone to come help you, causing skin
redness
and irritation. I usually try to use Desitin and I have a prescription for
vasolex from the wound clinic.

showering, putting on my nice work clothes and five minutes after getting
to work I had a bad bowel accident. Spent the next 4 hours coming home and
cleaning up. Those are the times I feel the lowest and most frustrated.

yourself [and your anger] out. It really works!
