I hear ya Bobbie!  Dealing w/ a recurring shear for the last couple years.  
Nothing horrible - just enough so I can't get involved in anything. Sitting for 
44 years dies take a toll. Grrrrrrrrrrr.  Also, just getting over a stupid UTI.

    Those are fantastic idea's and that is exactly what I TELL other quads to 
do, but when it comes to my self ………….… I can't seam to think straight when I'm 
THAT ANGRY!!!! Right now I'm stuck in bed with a stubborn superficial wound 
that just won't do it's last bit to close. As I'm getting older, 57 now, it's 
taking longer to heal son of a @)+}\>!
