I always had insomnia and prior to my injury I owned my on construction company
and worked physically hard so managed to sleep through the night, after my
injury I had to start taking time released Zolpidem 12.5  and sleep through the
night.

Wish I could help but I've always blamed my trouble sleeping on not being able
to move around. Of course these days, being a federal worker, I am concerned
about losing my job that I've worked at for over 20 years. That's another story
but I'll be interested in hearing how others sleep.

Do you have trouble sleeping?  I can't sleep for sh#t even when I take
ambien and melatonin.  The obvious problem of not being able to toss and
turn to get comfortable is something we all share. The big problem for
me is that I can't shut my mind off.  I can't help but worry about
everything and nothing.  Even if I am not worried about something, I
can't just clear my mind.  How about all of you?  Any tips from a quad
perspective?  I have read every article about sleeping well.
