I sleep from well from 11pm to 2am, then get turned and take baclofen. I can
usually go right back to sleep until 7am. Sometimes Iwake up in the middle of
the night. But I still feel sleepy all day. I fall asleep in my chair all the
time.     On Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 10:27:43 AM PST, Eric Olson

I don't think I get that much sleep. Part of my problem is I start my every
other day bowel program at 3am. I should start it later around 5am,but I worry
about things continuing into day shift. Truthfully I don't think that 2 hours
would make any difference. I feel like a 3rd shift worker that can't sleep at
night on the weekends because his body is used to being up at night.  After
doing some more research on what Edward Said, it looks like I am going to have
dementia with or without ambien

I probably get about 3 hours of broken sleep each night.

Do you have trouble sleeping?  I can't sleep for sh#t even when I take
ambien and melatonin.  The obvious problem of not being able to toss and
turn to get comfortable is something we all share. The big problem for
me is that I can't shut my mind off.  I can't help but worry about
everything and nothing.  Even if I am not worried about something, I
can't just clear my mind.  How about all of you?  Any tips from a quad
perspective?  I have read every article about sleeping well.
