What sort of monitor to you have attached to it? Has it ever had a NuBus video card in it? Have you tried starting it up with a TV monitor connected to the RCA or S-Video jacks? How about toggling from TV to monitor (<cmd><opt><T><V>, I think). Did you replace the PRAM battery?
