There is no ROM or cache card on the board. I have tried starting up
using only one piece of RAM. I must have tried about eight different
pieces, all of which I have reason to believe is good.

I am going to keep trying with this machine until I run out of all
options. I really appreciate all of the suggestions I have gotten from
the members of this list. I feel that even though I may never get this
working, I at least have exhausted all reasonable options thanks to the
input I am getting here.
