Hi,

i repeated upgrade process.
The original screen log is unreadable so i made some changes and readable
log is boot-final.log.
The problem is fc driver in initramfs. I migrate OS from fc multipath disk
to localdrive and still getting same error.

My fc card : QLogic QMH2562 8Gb FC HBA
After using original OS driver from original initramfs server boot - but
quadstorvtl not work (as expected).

What can I do maybe try migrate from Centos 6 to Centos 7?

Regards.

Milan
