1. What should be the role/responsibilities of those with commit access?
Keep In Simple: fairness, willingness to keep the ball rolling.
2. How should that role be assigned?
Ask and get a community support on the request. For instance, did anyone
nack't Donald's request?
I have some views myself on that, but it'd be good to get a wider
community input and consensus on the above.
