Me too. I agree there is a need to have a good momentum, Donald demonstrated lot of capabilities. I agree with Paul that we need to improve but I feel we should continue with steps. Since Septembre, there is a good momentum thanks to Paul + Martin + people on the list. I feel Donald will be able to help to sustain it. Then, later it will grow (more CI, improved reviewd/ack't process, etc.), but we should not wait for the graal before doing another baby step. So I am supportive on Donald getting a write access to the git trie as long as Donald keeps following 1 rule: do not push its own code if not reviewed/ack't first, even if it takes time. I saw on the list that Donald is a good citizen, so I am confident it won't happen.
