Having said that, I also think that the development cycle has been slow for the last few years since I joined this list at least.
Agreed, and agreed that all the above should be fixed.
To say that the current situation is caused by Cumulus take-3, or Donald for that matter, is not exactly true and unfair to Donald in my opinion.
I don't think I said that, that would indeed be unfair. Cumulus, Donald had no part at all in the issues that came about and built up over the past years.
He has been very active since he joined and very involved in submitting and reviewing patches in addition to engaging with contributes.
He has, and thanks.
Let us move forward and not continue to be distracted by finger pointing. We all like to see progress.
