Some spaniard working for VW... This is in my Seat 1.9tdi. The switch for the lights goes, Off, side, dipped. You then pull the switch out to put the front fogs on, and pull it some more to put the rears on. There is no way (without modification) to put the rears on independantly. IMHO this is a good thing as I cannot accidentally leave them on (without draining the battery when parked) > Another thing to check is your speedo, I'm assuming you're > driving a Q?
