"I'd put my rear fog lights on or something, but doing so would put my front ones on...." Who did your wiring?? Another thing to check is your speedo, I'm assuming you're driving a Q? Ours shows 37mph when travelling at 30mph, 55mph when travelling at 50mph etc- had less tailgaters once we'd realised!!
I have less problem with tailgaters when I'm driving our Toyota Previa because when they get close I can't see them :D (Apart from HGV's.....)
