My DCNF's so far have been a pain, and they aren't even on the engine yet. So far I can't get one of them apart at all due to one of the screw's being chewed up by someone & being very tight (it soaking in WD at the moment & I will try with a impact screwdriver over the next few days). Second problem is that one of the auxiliary venturi has a crack in it (the part that sits within the main venture). The sizes so far are:-
Main venturi (choke tube) 36 Aux venturi 4.5 (with one crack and one bent out of shape slightly) Emulsion tube f22 Main jet 115 Air correction 190 Starter jet 80f7 Tried the local carb specialist who wasn't interested so I'm going to have to replace the damaged bits before I can even start (that's if I manage to get the screw out). It was nice of the seller to tell me they had been stood for 7or8 years after I had paid but when they were listed as good working order. One bit of good news though. If you just fit the carbs with the mechanical fuel pump - chances are that it won't supply enough fuel. let me know if you need any photos - although I'm just heading to the airport to fly to OZ for 3 weeks, so might not be able to reply for a while.
