The conversion isn't going to be a quick job, not something you could do in a weekend if the Quantum is your only car. I'd say at least week of work but the problem always is that you find you need some part or other which you have to wait for.
You need to be able to drill and tap the block to fit the CVH water pump, you will need a ZVH adaptor plate and i'm not sure what Mark did about tensioning the cam belt. There are several different CVH water pumps which differ in the number of water outlets and there position. This is something else you are going to customise, there are no standard hoses that are going to fit so you will have to cut and joint a mixture of Zetec and CVH hoses with couplers.
