Has it always been like that since you've owned the car ?

Electric windows on the 2+2 are a right pain to setup.
The front guide, rear guide and the electric window guide are all adjustable and all need to line up all the way up for it to run smoothly.

The first thing to check is to undo the 2 bolts that hold the glass bracket to the runner.
Then see how easily you can slide the glass up and down by hand.
If thats ok then run the electric window mech up and down (not bolted the the glass) with the glass in various positions and make sure runner is just touching the glass bracket in all positions, that there is no force on it twisting the guides.

There aren't any relays for the electric windows but if all seems go above then look for corroded or poor connections. I seem to remember Quantums method of connecting to the window motor was to break the housing off the connector and use terminal strip.

Both of the electric windows in my 2+2 are extremely slow & stick about half way when moving up. They then move with a bit of "manual assistance".

I've swapped the complete mechanism/motor on the passenger side & it's still the same.

Having checked the wiring I can't see any relay for them. Should there be one to give the motors a "boost" or alternatively do the window channel rubbers
swell up & grab the glass to stop it moving?

I've tried the usual tricks with silicon grease or washing up liquid in the runners, but neither have made any difference.

Anyone got any ideas?

In the past I've been able to 'fix' the broken plastic clip. If I
    remember
correctly you just need to find a way to attach the wire to the
    slider.
