Now, Neil, your questions:
The golden rule for both note and control editors when using a screen
reader
is to keep checking the status bar at the bottom of the screen. The
status
bar lists:
Start: the start time of the event, or cursor position
Channel: the MIDI channel number of the event
Then, for note view, you have:
Key: Note key number
Vel: Note velocity
Len: Note length
For the Control editor, you have:
Num: The controller number (which includes the special ones 128-131)
Val: Controller value
At the end, it says either "Ins" or "Mod". If it says Ins, then the
cursor is
not on an event and pressing the Insert button will insert a new event.
(I am using the word "event" generically to mean note or controller, the
same works in either editor).
If it says "mod", then the cursor is on an event and you can modify it.
Pressing ALT+LEFT and ALT+RIGHT will move between events in either editor.
However,
there is a difference: in the note editor, the note you land on will be
played; in the control editor, the control you land on will not. This is
mainly because it is not so obvious what controllers are doing as they do
not make any sound and, in some cases, sending only certain controllers
could render your synth silent ...
So, to summarise again, when you use the controller editor or note editor,
press
ALT+LEFT or ALT+RIGHT to move to the previous or next event, then check
out the status bar.
Now instrument lists:
I do not have lists for either the Roland Juno D or the Yamaha CL280, but
if you have the relevant manual pages available, I'm sure they can be
created.

Eloquence gives people loads of headroom for misspellings, as I have
learned
the hard way. You, therefore, have loads of room for sloppy spelling.
The problem is those low standards are so far above your writing
abilities
that you may not have seen them at all.
If you're learning English, I commend you for doing so, and using what
skills you have to the fullest.
However, if English is your first language, I'd recommend pretending
it
wasn't, just to be on the safe side.
