Hi,
My dad recently got an Olympus DS-50 which records WMA files. Are there
any reasonably-priced equivalents which record to uncompressed WAV files?
The reason I ask is, I may sometime take a trip to one or two telephone
museums where they have old electromechanical switches in working order. I'd
love to be able to record the various noises these switches make, but don't
want compression in any way distorting the audio. What's the most
reasonably-priced such recorder that's also good from an accessibility
standpoint?
