Ah!! I've had a couple of power outages recently (due to faulty kitchen
equipment) and all of my radios needed to be reconnected to the wireless
network manually. The Boom was fine though which MAY have a static ip.
When I had my first SB3 I had some issues connecting to LMS which were
resolved by having both server and sb on static ips. As a result I
restricted by DHCP to only have addresses up to 192.168.xxx.174. Above
that is reserved for static ips.

I had assumed the problem was that when the power came back the radios
booted faster than the router and so failed to get an ip allocated.

I'll try setting them as static and see what happens next time I have a
power issue - although hopefully that won't be for a while!
