Hi, Wondering how other folks handle GST collection for SAAS-based products. Both the client/site owner and payment gateway are Australia-based, and so are the majority of their clients going to be, though the site is open to global customers as well.
I would assume that if you provide a "check this box if you're an Australian" check box to pay more than other people, it's not going to get checked much and the client will be stung with paying the GST component regardless?
