Well, in that case you charge more for the Aussies. $11 inc GST in my previous example. But this runs afoul of the accountants as well. You need need to advertise the tax inclusive price to Aussies, so you're back to $10 inc GST and then export sales only pay $9.09 (when they were thinking it would cost $10 -- leaving money on the table). One data point: Campaign Monitor advertises GST exclusive prices and then adds GST to Aussies on their invoices. I like $10 for all, for some tax is included, for some there is no tax.
