Can I suggest that people use Codehire.com for this kind of thing? Its exactly this sort of problem that we set out to solve. Right now its free to list and we'll be giving coders the ability to subscribe to jobs of interest very soon. It will keep Rails Oceania (and other boards for that matter) a bit more on topic!
