I think making it a "looking for work" only thing would reduce the usefulness quite a bit; not everyone wants to publicly advertise they want to change jobs.
Personally, I don't mind the job adverts (I have to not mind them, as I'm probably going to post one at some point :) ), but I think there are already rules requiring them to specify what company they're for, and the salary range/contracting rate. If those rules were followed, I think the noise would be reduced. So I guess I'm agreeing it's a question of moderation, not new rules. Simon.
