That's really not much of an excuse. Every senior commander knows (or should know) that they have to charter yearly. If you don't get the form in the mail from the church office - FIND IT! Call the district office or the national office. You could probably een find the form online somewhere. It's might convenient to say I never got the form but it's not the church office's responsibility!
