We sent ours in over a year ago and NEVER received our charter.

I used to be involved in helping outposts charter on my former section and I even helped outposts to charter that hadn't chartered on over 10 years. I would have to ask that if you sent your chartering info and fees in to the people that it was supposed to go to, How did you pay? Cash, or Check? Most folks pay by check. Nextly, I have to ask was this check that was written deposited and if so when and by whom? I'd be on the horn to the District Commander directly about this, I would not discuss that with his secretary and would only attempt to resolve that one through him. My thought is that that perhaps somewhere along the lines, something got misplaced or overlooked. Be sure to check with your District and Sectional Commanders to resolve that one.
