I don't think 35 kids and 8 commanders qualifies as a smaller church or as a smaller outpost...
Also, I'm relatively certain that $50 per boy is VERY high. That has to include a full uniform. If you already are equipped with uniforms, you probably deduct $40 from the $50 amount...
