[RR] $100 merit race

All, Tonight in Rangers I'm going to lay out something for the Pioneers. I'm going to tell them that the boy who earns the most merits in the next six months will be given $100. I'm hopeing they will not only look at this as a "race" but as a way to motivte them to earn merits on there own. I'm hopeing they will take the ball and run with it.   Later, Noel "Spirit Rider" Bell
