We have also done it for the ROY.
 And many kids have no equipment. So it often becomes a problem for them to
 go somewhere on a hike or a camp. Giving a gift (some camping equipment)
 helps them to do camping better, and adding more value to the advancement
 system. And usually these are Rangers who is going to stay around for a
 while. So it worth it.

 I am kind of afraid to give money as a prize. I think there's a big chance
 for kids to become motivated by greediness. And it's allready enough of it
 in the world. So we better teach them not to be greedy.
