A good point made.  I can remember in the 5th grade I was a crossing gaurd and I raised the flag many times never letting it touch the ground.  I took great pride and honor in doing that job.  In the 6th grade we moved and my mom made a decision to be a Jehovah's Witness.  For the next few years I went from what I did in the 5th grade to remain seated when the National Athem or Pledges were done even a time or two facing a coach or teacher as they tried to rip me up out of my seat to stand for my religious beliefs.

I am thankful today I live in a nation who is Christian found and Christian Recognized.  I think it is important that each one of us not worry about what comes tommarrow but do what God has called us to do today.  I will stand, if necessary fight and or die for the priciples this nation was and is founded on.  My mom is still a Jehovah's Witness and I am still a Rompin Stompin Child of the King and until Jesus comes my focus will be on him and what he has called me to do.

I am a Christian first an American Second.  I just finished sewing on my American Patch today less than a hour ago and I am a blessed man.  It's an honor to wear the Royal Ranger Emblem and the American Flag.   That same foundation gives you the right to wear or not wear it.

I don't wear a NTC patch on my uniform as I don't feel the fundamentals of that teaching is right even though I have had one for 4 years now. I simply wear the BSTC or RKTC patches. When asked about NTC I just say been there done that... I think there is a better way.  I still have my patches in my patch box!  GRIN!
