This can be found in I Corinthians 12:1-11. Kelly could be getting a gift of
Prophecy(vs.10) which is a communication of the mind of God imparted to a believer by
the Holy Spirit. It could be a prediction or the will of God in a certain situation.
This is different than inerpretations in Tongues(further in vs.10) Another example of
the distinction can be found in chapter 14:26-33. In any case, 12:11 is what matters
"All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one,
just as he determines."

>>
>>|Hello All:
>>|
>>|I have a question that really isn't RR business, but is
>>important to me
>>|personally. A few months ago I was blessed with the gift
>>of interpretation.
>>|It's still very new and definitely not fully understood by
>>me.
>>|
>>|Last Sunday I got a word. It was not in tongues. I know
>>it was from God
>>|because I always pray when this happens that the Lord will
>>be with me and not
>>|let anything of me or the world come through. I want very
>>much to be in line
>>|with God. No word was given in tongues, so this was not an
>>"interpretation."
>>|I felt compelled to give it. The same thing happened in
>>the evening service.
>>|
>>|No one said anything to me except my husband later at home
>>when we were
>>|sharing about our day. He said I should have waited for
>>the message in
>>|tongues to come and then given the interpretation. I had
>>waited and I had
>>|prayed before I gave the word that was given to me.
>>|
>>|I'm very confused. At other times I've heard a word given
>>by someone else in
>>|service when there had been no message given in tongues.
>>|
>>|Can anyone out there give me some help in clearing this up.
>>I only want to be
>>|in line with God. I wish to be a vessel to be poured out.
>>I would not do
>>|anything to endanger what God has given.
>>|
>>|God Bless you all and thank you for being patient with me.
>>I know how
>>|ignorant this may sound to some of you
