This is really odd to my pastor and the Commanders on the staff at
Outpost #39, because all of these changes had taken place under their noses.
They were not aware of any of the changes until I showed up and took the
helm. They didn't know what a Challenger was or a Mountain Man or Silver
Hawk and I had to show them. They hadn't chartered in a long while and
finally this year, we got the charter renewed and are getting things up to
snuff. One Other question, If there are no time limits, my boys can make
their advancements at warp speed? If that is the case, I'm not going to
award the award individually, they would be moving too fast for that I'd be
passing them out faster than I could get them ordered. I'd award them in
groups.
