The situation perplexes me, and when asked the boys have no answer!
Removeing time limits would have been great for me wayyyyy back<G>
and it still is for *superRangers<G>
*But mayby... a lot of boys need time to cool between "rank advancement?"
I don't understand why they don't "Power-up"
