One Other question, If there are no time limits, my boys can make
their advancements at warp speed?

If that is the case, I'm not going to award the award individually, they
would be moving too fast for that I'd be passing them out faster than I
could get them ordered. I'd award them in groups.
**Watch out for this trap. Remember, "proper recognition must be given
immediately following personal achievement." LM pg. 98
1. Congratulate him immediately after finalizing individual
requirements and the level he is working on.
2. Bring him before the outpost either that day or no later then the
next week.
3. Have some awards on hand, replace when issued.
What are the benefits?
1. Challenges the Ranger for further advancement.
2. Challenges other Rangers in their own advancement.
3. Affects the family.
4. They get to wear the pin now...greater impact, shows you care.
