Mike,

You're right - Pioneers have to complete the each of the regular requirements 
plus the following advanced requirements before they can work ont he Gold 
Track.  Trailbalzers, on the other hand, only have to complete the Gold track 
portion of Pioneers, not the regular Pioneer requirements.  I believe the 
real intent here was for boys entering Trailblazers that had not been in 
Pioneers.  I haven't had the situation come up yet, but I "THINK" if one of 
my full-time regular Pioneers decides to "wait until he's a Trailblazer" so 
he only has to do Gold Track stuff  - I'd really be tempted to make him do 
all the Pioneer requirements that he skipped on purpose.

Don't know for sure - just a thought!
