I signed this in my heart when God called me to this ministry. I also
attended Meetings that were for the other age groups so that I would
have a clue. I became a Training Chief so I could help develop
leaders as well. The eternal destiny of the boys are in our hands for
a few precious hours a week. I cannot do less than my best, I will
answer to God for the way I walk out my calling.
I will be using this form to make a point at my next commanders
meeting I think. It aught to get the point across.
