We print up a declaration each year and get all the commanders to sign it
that simply says we are Commited to Oak Grove Assembly of God and Outpost
153 and post it in 3 places in the church.
It has our pledges, emblems on and it is about 17 x 24 approx.

Always keep in mind that Rangers is a volunter group. Each person God
sends with different levels of commitment. I could sign this following
with no problem. But in my outpost 153 I would venture to say that this
would offend some of them and cause them to back out.... (which might not
be all that bad..grin)
I would rather have one committed leader then 3 luke warm leaders. But
it takes all to keep the outpost going. Keep them stirred up in the Holy
Spirit and let him commit themselves to this ministry.
