Whoa! Who is doing nothing but "bashing" Royal Rangers? If what I bring to
light about Royal Rangers is true and good, then it is not "bashing." If
what I bring to light demonstrates a need for improvement, then let's make
the improvement. I was just trying to defend Fred Deaver and to uphold the
Golden Rule. In any case, let your response and attitude in email messages
be appropriate for the forum, knowing that boys and girls are reading and
that your responses are archived indefinitely for the world to see.
For the record, I regard the Boy Scouts as friends and allies, and I
applaud their positive contributions to the youth of the world. I commend
those churches who sponsor Boy Scout troops. The Boy Scouts do many things
better than Royal Rangers, and we as Royal Rangers can and should learn
from them. I prefer to be active in Royal Rangers, because of the unashamed
goal of reaching, teaching, and keeping boys and girls for Jesus Christ.
