what exactly is the phase II testing, i'm a just turned trailblazer who has
passed phase I testing. Should i take it, i've been in Rangers for the fun
and enjoyment of it. for being wit my friends, going camping, competing wit
others. Why doesn't FCF follow this tradition of Royal Rangers.
