You mean "Knotty"? Let Commander Deaver mention that punitive artifact if
he wants to. This isn't a secret society with secret initiation rights, but
a Christian group that walks in the light. Just please remember that
"Knotty" and similar means of public humiliation are NOT to be used on
boys. I disagree with teaching by counterexample, but the lesson intended
by the national staff is good. Don't demean, belittle, or publicly
humiliate anyone, including Royal Rangers. Let the Golden Rule be your
daily rule.
