Our Phase 2 consisted of instruction and fellowship only. 1995. The test
consists of proficiency in the skills taught during Phase 2.
On another remark. I have heard Fred Deaver , more than once, mention a
certain article of distinction ,to be worn at NTC, which I thought was
never to be mentioned outside camp.
